DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I do not accept insurances at this time.

However, I do provide monthly invoices for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service by credit card or check, FLEX/FSA/HSA each visit.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

Appointments should be made 24 hours in advance.

DO YOU HAVE A WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes. I follow Frederick County Public Schools inclement weather policy for closings.  Additionally, If the City of Frederick declares an emergency, we will not meet on that day. You will not be charged for appointments cancelled due to weather.
